Fishing pool 8 today, I found there was tons of hungry largemouth to be caught. I haven't found the smallies yet as I don't think they've fully moved up yet. I found a good warm water area with the temp being around 61 degrees. Water clarity was good and winds were coming out of the East. Air temp was around 68 degrees and skies were clear. Cast white/silver/black combination spinnerbaits along the shoreline with wood. Caught around 30 fish in less than 2 hours along a 50 yard stretch. Biggest fish was almost 4lbs and average size was 2 ½ lbs.
