Bass Fishing Report; Mississippi River Pool 7; May 24, 2006

The water on pool 7 is still brown in color and is RAGING!!! I couldn't believe how much flow there still is compared to Pool 8. I hope they level things off here soon and get rid of some of this water. Water temps were in the mid 60's throughout most of the pool.

Anyway. 9 boats went out yesterday and only 4 brought in keeper fish. 1 team brought in some nice hawgs...


These beasts came off secondary current on wood pitching plastics. The 3.9lb'r on the right anchored this 6.8lb 2 fish sack.


Mixed bag here coming off secondary rock islands and senko's TIGHT to the rock.
