Bass Fishing Report; Nolin River Lake; Sep 1, 2006

Summer pool
Wate temp 84 deg.
Air-Day 76 cloudy few showers
Air Night 64 cloudy

With the nice cool weather we are having the fish are starting to more shallow. With the sun out alot of fish are being taken off ledges and drops. DD22 and Carolina rig creatures seem to be working the best.

As the sun starts setting, the topwater bite is really picking up. Most fish are coming off sammy's and buzzbaits. Caught most fish around standing timber 4-16'.

As night came found most fish I found were very shallow. Most from 2-10 feet. They were very scattered. I caught fish on just about everything. All my bigger fish came off standing timber right off the main lake.

Since the weather is going to say cool the rest of the week, the morning bite should be getting pretty hot.
