Bass Fishing Report; Nolin River Lake; November 18, 2006 Nolin
The
lake is almost at winter pool. With all the rain we have been having the
river end of the lake is muddy. As you go up toward the dam is clears up
a little. Fish are still being caught shallow on jigs and small
crankbaits around brush piles. Most seem to be coming out of small
pockets close to the channel. The
baits that seem to be working are, K.C. Lures Posion Rattle jig in
Black/Blue/Purple ½ oz with black emerald trailer. Also, Lucky Craft
Classical Leader in Mad Craw and Chicken. They seem to be bitting better
if you add a K.C. Lure Feather Tail hook on the back and a red hook in
the front. If
