1st place winners Ron Fletcher and Bob Wilkas, from Girard and Thompsonville , IL , weighed in 5 fish for 9-99 Lbs winning $1,334.00, including Bob’s 4-38 Lb, second big bass money. They caught their fish using white Samson spinnerbaits and black/blue jigs fishing in Lusk Creek in about 5 feet of water. Ron is 55 and is a coal miner. Bob is 55 and is retired. Gary’s Marine Tech and Samson Lures sponsor them.

2nd place winners Scott & Ryan Dunn, from Mt Carmel, IL, weighed in 3 fish for 9-39 Lbs winning $899.00, with Scott’s 5-71 Lb big bass money. They found fish hitting white spinnerbaits, slow rolling them around rocky dikes in about 3-6 feet of water. Scott is 41 and a Dollar General manager. Ryan is 15 and is a student. Gary’s Marine Tech and Sellers Custom Lures sponsors them.

3rd place winners Bill Walker and Lonnie Bowlin, from Mulkeytown and Benton , IL , weighed in 5 fish for 8-08 Lbs winning $569.00, along with Bill’s $250.00 in Ranger Cup Bonus Money. Their fished blue tubes and jigs, flippin in shallow water around the north end of the pool. Bill is 46 and is self-employed. Lonnie is 36 and is a flooring installer.

27 boats weighed in 92 fish for 137-43 Lbs. 6-5 fish limits.
