The
fourth event of the year was held at Smithland Pool on June 11th.
It was an awesome day weather wise with temps in mid to upper
eighties. The fishing had improved also with respectable river
weights brought to the scales.
The
first place team of Greg Berner and David Bortner found the quality bites and took the win. The
team had a total weight of 13.20lbs and earned checks totaling
$1,580.00. Sponsored by: Ranger Boats, Jackson Hewett, Dunns

In
second place is the team of Randy Stewart and Dave Duncan. They
had a total weight of 11.29 lbs and earned checks totaling $822.00

Third
place goes to the team of Jack Doan and Ben Doan both of Desoto,
IL.. The team had a total weight of 10.88lbs
and earned checks totaling $508.00 for the day. Sponsored

Earl Sigley will
be taking over the director duties for the Southern Illinois
division. I believe Earl will do a great job! I have enjoyed my
time as director for the Southern Illinois Division but do to
expanded job duties with Angler's Choice I no longer have the
available time to run the division correctly. Your a great group
of guy's and I hope to see you on the water...
