Brad and Josh Kirchoff WIN WITH LAST MINUTE BITE!

Brad and Josh Kirchoff

The father-son team of Brad and Josh Kirchoff of Highland , Illinois won the Bass World sports event on Lake Shelbyville with winning weight of 13.44 pounds with five fish. They caught most of the fish in the south end of the lake using crankbaits, jigs and worms. They were the last team to check-in for the weigh-in and told that they caught their fifth fish just about 16 minutes before checking in.


2nd place
Eric Monroe and Chad Harminson

The second place team was Eric Monroe and Chad Harminson for Sullivan , Illinois . They also weighed in 5 fish but their total weight was only 11.63 pounds.

The big fish was caught by the team of Tim Ernest and Dawn Liddle from the southern suburbs of Chicago . The big fish was caught by Tim with a weight of 4.44 pounds.

Next Bass World Sports tournament on lake Shelbyville will be September 16th at Eagle Creek State Park .
