ANGLER'S CHOICE

Robert Hayes and Quinn Hoyer
WIN!
Maxinkuckee Lake, June 3, 2006, by Mitch Hayes

The Maxie tournament was very close from 1st down to First Out of the Money. (1.63)  We are averaging 37 teams. That means we will take 18 teams PLUS 6 wild card teams for a total of 24 teams to the Regional.  We need to keep this Average!  IF we could bump that up to 41 we would take 20 teams Plus 7 wild card teams (27). Remember to qualify for a wild card team you must fish 6 of the 7 events, to qualify for a regular team you must have fished 5 events and be in the top teams to qualify on POINTS.

The First Out of the Money for a “DICKS SPORTING GOODS” certificate was David Clark and Carl Pieper with 9.00# and that was with the BIG BASS of the tournament a 4.85# Largemouth.

5th place team of Gary Sroufe and Bob Roy 9.07#

4th Place was Dave Cermak and Greg Schutkovske with 9.48#

3rd Place was James Dailey and Corey Weaver with 9.62#

Second place went to  Ken Franks and Bruce Young, Jr. with 9.67#

The FIRST place team was Robert Hayes, Angola, IN. and Quinn Hoyer, Fremont, IN.  10.63#  The first place team was using jigs that they produce and sell. They caught keeper fish throughout the day.

The next tournament will be June 17 on Lake Tippecanoe.   We will be launching from the DANCE HALL ramp.   There will be a $5 Ramp Fee.    We will be parking in the field by the trailer court.   Lights will be on in the field, PLEASE NO PARKING AT THE RAMP AREA.    Registration will be 4:00 am to 5:00 am.  Tournament hours are 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.    We will get you started at Save Light.

PLEASE VISIT ANGLER'S CHOICE FOR COMPLETE RESULTS, STANDINGS AND UPCOMING EVENTS.
