The
3rd annual Twin Rivers Bass Tournament was held on
Lake
Barkley
June 2nd 2007 to benefit Spinal Cord Injury Research.
The
lake was crowded, with most prime spots covered with boats.
Fishing was a little tough. Most fish were taken from ledges on or
near the river bank. Spinner baits, jigs, worms and a few crank
baits were used by most fishermen with whom I talked.
1st
place was won by the Doug Futrell/Donnie Parker team with 18.27
pounds.
2nd
place went to the Mike Coy/Doyal Shepherd team with 18.16 pounds.
3rd
place was won by the Tommy Millraney/Luke Millraney team with
17.17 pounds.
Big
Bass (5.60) pounds went to the Millraney team.
