They fished white/green spinnerbaits in weed beds in about 5 feet of water around the south end of the pool. Randy is 37 and is a plumber. Jeff is 20 and is also a plumber. 

2nd place winners Howard Bradley and Jamie Sheeks, from Carpentersville and Huntley, IL, fished windy points in about 4 feet of water, using black/blue jigs. They weighed in 5 fish for 14-17 Lbs winning $813.00, including the bonus sidepot money. Howard is 38 and is a stucco mason. Jamie is 40 and is ceramic tile installer. 

3rd place winners Steve and Tom Ives, from Rockford, IL, weighed in 5 fish for 13-66 Lbs winning $363.00. Catching their fish on white spinnerbaits around mid-lake in about 2 feet of water. Steve is 62 and is a dentist. Tom is 36 and is a dental ceramist. Budweiser, Woody’s Pro Lures and Bar Louie sponsor them. 

Big bass winner Chris Connelly, from Elburn, IL, weighed in a 4-32 Lb bass winning $330.00. Chris caught his fish on a whiter chatterbait in about 2 feet of water around Spring Lake. 

Eric Mullan, from Sterling, IL, weighed second big bass with a 4-27 Lb bass winning $115.00. 29 boats weighed in 90 fish for 210-80 Lbs. 8-5 fish limits. River level 10.0, water temp 61-67, weather sunny and windy, temp 70’s. 35 teams 3 sidepot
