Even though the weather was a little
shaky through out the day on Sunday, the fishing was by far from it.
Of the 43 teams that weighed fish, 41 limits were brought in
and it took 18.9 lb. too get a check.
1st
place Chase Gillette and Mike Ottens
The first place team was Chase Gillette
and Mike Ottens from Rock Falls, IL and Milledgeville, IA
respectively. This team brought in a 6 fish limit that weighed 22.59 lb.
Chase and Mike also took big bass honors with a 5.38 lb.
largemouth which came on a frog. Chase and Mike fished pool 9 and used frogs and Team Supreme
tubes to catch their impressive limit.

2nd
place Scott and Ron McLaury
The second place team was Scott and Ron
McLaury from Hazelton, IA. Scott
and Ron weighed in another 20 lb. 6 fish limit with it topping the
scales at 21.39 lb. Scott
and Run got their fish by throwing buzzbaits on pool 9.
