Joel Stokka put together a winning pattern fishing Snagproof Frogs and Northland Dip Sticks in a 20' patch of floating scum.  Joel's limit of 11-9 lbs was good for first place at the fourth event on the Mississippi River.  Steve Quinn was in the money for the third time in a row with a second place finish for the second place and Jim Smith finish third. Big Bass also went Chuck Fields with a 5.0 Smallmouth toad.

It was a great night for fishing with temps in the 80's and clear skies. The bite was really off with only one limit brought to the scales.
