MN. West Fishers of Men

Bay Lake tournament is now complete. For the most part it was a good day. Although there was some wind it proved to be mostly sunny. Was a great day for our spectators. A special thanks to Ruetgers Resort for there gracious hosting and accommodating our tournament fisherman and families.

Fishing was a little tough but as always there are a few who seem to squeak out a decent weight. We had twenty boats fishing this tournament and virtually every boat weighed in a limit, although the weights on this lake generally run a little small. It was a great lake in that it was one people didn't have these great large fish spots and had to work for their bag weights. The tournament paid down 4 places with 20 boats participating.

Cameron Blahut / Jake Matthies were 1st with 14.09 lb

Brian Block / Mark Shutz were 2nd with 12.89 lb

Sean Frame / Michael Frame were 3rd with 12.39 lb

Cameron Blahut had 1st big bass @ 4.67lb

Great job guys and we'll see on Waconia. Look at you standings as they are posted in the next couple of days and think about whether you will be going to regional on the Detroit River.
