FutureBass Pro-Staffer Glenn Walker and partner Adam Hermsen took first place in the annual Grant County Bass Club spring open, held out of Prairie Du Chien, WI.  40 teams turned out to fish the event and the whole field reported a lot of bass being caught, but the majority of them being post-spawn cookie cutter sized fish.

The weather was perfect for a day on the water and the team caught there fish on swimming jigs around emergent vegetation on the middle of the pool.  Once the scales were closed, Walker and Hermsen had an 8 fish limit for 21 lb. to get first place and also big bass with a 4 lb. 14 oz. largemouth that Adam caught.
